My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were big, clean, and quiet, but it took a while to finally get into my room. The President Room was absolutely huge with incredible pool views, and the spa was second to none. However, there was a disappointing incident with the service that left my mother untreated for 14 hours, despite managing to bring me to the hospital promptly. The location was quite accessible and walking distance to other casinos, offering great convenience. The dining options around the hotel were fantastic, although there was no complimentary breakfast. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
